I am very pleased with the service I got from you. I did have a problem with icing in the freezer but was able to talk to someone about it and had them come out and try to fix the problem. It was still frosting up nxt day but my husband managed to sort the problem by working with the seals and so far this has cured it. Thank you for all your help.

Fantastic customer service
Yet again the staff provided excellent customer service. I didn't read the website properly when ordering my dishwasher, a quick call to the shop the next day and Phil sorted it out over the telephone and didn't treat me like a dizzy blonde 😂.Installation was a couple of days later and the next morning I discovered a small issue. A phone call to the shop and someone was out within the hour to fix it. The service from all staff is far superior to their bigger competitors. Would highly recommend them.

Easiest purchase ever with great support
Can only highly recommend the team at McMichael’s Sony centre. The agent Ben went out of his way to answer my questions and ensure item was in stock before I followed his instructions and purchased online. This activated the 5 year Sony warranty and he got it securely packed and shipped to my location inclusive of the purchase price.Highly recommended seller
