Local Delivery 

McMichael's are based in Alloa, near Stirling in Central Scotland, as we operate our own local delivery team we can provide a quick deliver service of Televisions, Audio and Home Appliances to customer local to our stores which covers Alloa, Stirling, Dunfermline and Falkirk areas.  During the check-out stages you will be able to select a suitable day that you would like your purchase delivered, after your purchase our delivery team will contact you to advise you of a time window on the delivery day you selected.

Need an appliance urgent? - local service
We are well aware that appliances can fail at the worst times and you may need that replacement quick.  If you feel yourself in that position then we are here to help!  Phone or visit our Alloa or Tillicoultry stores and our team will do what they can to arrange you an urgent delivery, we may be able to a replacement out to you the same or next day.

UK Wide Delivery

We provide a UK mainland delivery service on a wide range of television, audio, sound bars and small appliances on our website.  We aim to prepare and dispatch orders placed before midday the same working day and no later than 24hrs.  This is subject to stock availability and excludes weekends and bank holidays. 
Your purchase will be shipped using our selected courier using a 24-48hr service, larger items such as large screen TV's may take longer.

Due to the large nature of Appliances we do not offer a UK delivery service, we recommend you contact your local Euronics Agent.  

Returns & Cancellations

Changed your mind?

When Purchasing from McMichael's online, your statutory rights give you a 14 day ‘cooling off’ period once the product has been delivered. If it has been used or installed, we may only offer a partial refund. A full refund will be issued once the unused product, in its original packaging, is returned to McMichael's 1-9 Mill Street, Alloa FK101DT.
We will process the refund within fourteen days of the day we take receipt of the product(s).

Faulty Products

Unfortunately, we understand that on rare occasions, you may experience a fault with a product, but rest assured, we are here to help. Your rights are covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for products purchased from 1st October 2015 onwards, and those outlined in the Sale of Goods Act for those bought before this date.
If you purchased your product from Mcmichael's or McMichael's online we will be happy to support you to solve any issues you may experience which may include our advsiors providing guidance on setup and confguration,  if the fault with your product is not an issue that we can immediately resolve we can help you through the returns or repair process.
If you are returning product(s) that are faulty, you will not be responsible for any collection costs.
If a fault occurs less than 30 days from delivery.
If the fault is confirmed within 30 days of delivery, we will have it either, repaired, replaced, or give you a full refund, including home delivery charges.
If a fault occurs more than 30 days after delivery.
If a fault is confirmed after 30 days of delivery, but within 6 months, we can either arrange to have the product repaired or (if necessary) replaced.
However, on occasion your preferred option (repair vs replacement) may not be proportionate or feasible. i.e. a repair is more expensive than a replacement, or vice versa. In that scenario, you will be offered the more reasonable/economic of the two.
If you find a fault after 6 months of owning the product, we ask that you show evidence that the fault was there before the 6 month period expired. In this case we’ll offer the same repair or replace option as we do for a 30 days to 6 months fault.
If you were offered a promotional warranty with the product you chose please register this extra warranty as it will provide you with further protection on your purchase. This is in addition to the standard rights offered in the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Delivery and Returns

McMichaels | Sony Centre & Euronics Stores deliver to selected UK locations within a 30 mile radius of FK10 1DT, Alloa. Where a customer resides outside of this postcode radius we recommend contacting the store on 01259 724230 or [email protected] to discuss the delivery options. Prices for all goods do not include delivery unless otherwise stated. All prices quoted include UK VAT at 20% where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse orders. Any return carriage charges will be at the customers cost in the first instance. On inspection, should a product be found to be faulty, then the return carriage costs will be reimbursed. We will gladly exchange products for "non-fault" reasons, but you will be liable for all subsequent carriage charges. All payments must be in UK Sterling.

Delivery Timescales

McMichaels | Sony Centre & Euronics Stores will deliver all purchased goods within a window of 2 days. McMichaels | Sony Centre & Euronics Stores will contact all customers immediately after a sale has been made to confirm the delivery details.
